Return and Refund Policy
At Prestige Jewel, we take immense pride in our jewellery. We ask that you carefully review the following policy before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, we reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not strictly align with the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged during transit or if you received an incorrect product.
Mandatory Video Proof: To process any claim, you must provide a clear unboxing video. This videographic evidence is a prerequisite for our internal team to evaluate the product's condition. Failure to provide this video will result in the immediate denial of the return or exchange request.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original certifications, tags, and packaging intact. Any tampering with the jewellery or its certificates will void the return eligibility.
2. Non-Returnable Categories
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged:
- Customized or Bespoke Jewellery
- Gift Cards
- Items purchased during a "Sale" or at a discounted price
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection by email.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed to the original source of payment within 10–12 working days.
Source Account Policy: In compliance with legal and financial regulations, refunds can only be issued to the original account or card used for the transaction.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we require bank details (copy of a canceled cheque or passbook) and matching ID proof. The recipient's name must match our order records.
4. Exclusions & Customer Responsibilities
Shipping & Duties: Courier charges, VAT, and customs duties are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Prestige Jewel does not provide return pickups. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us and bearing all associated costs.
Subjective Reasons: Returns are not accepted for "Change of Mind," disliking the design, or minor natural variations.
Natural Variations: Slight differences in color, inclusions, or size are inherent to jewellery and do not constitute a defect.
5. International Orders (Outside India)
Refund Timeline: Issues with international delivery are settled via refund within 40–45 days.
Customs & Duties: We are not responsible for your country’s customs charges or VAT.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse an international delivery, all return shipping costs, duties, and VAT incurred to bring the item back to India will be deducted from your refund.
Customs Documentation: When shipping a return, you are responsible for providing accurate purchase prices and particulars for customs clearance.
6. Cancellation Policy
To maintain our processing efficiency, cancellations are only permitted within twenty four hours (24 hours) once an order has been successfully placed. Please ensure your selection is final before proceeding to checkout.
