Section 1 – Safe Secure Delivery
Expert Packaging: Every piece of jewellery is meticulously packaged in tamper-evident materials to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Transit Insurance: For your peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured by us until they reach your hands.
Premium Logistics Partners: We partner exclusively with trusted courier services (including BlueDart, Shiprocket, and other specialized carriers) to guarantee the safe handling of your precious items.
Section 2 – Shipping Delivery Timelines
Dispatch Time: We endeavor to process and ship your product within 7 business days of successful order placement. For customized or bespoke jewellery, additional time may be required, and our team will keep you updated throughout the crafting process.
Domestic Delivery (India): Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
International Delivery: We deliver to over 150 countries. International orders typically arrive within 20 to 30 days from dispatch.
Note on Estimates: Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Actual shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, courier efficiency, public holidays, or unforeseen environmental circumstances.
Section 3 – Shipping Costs
Transparent Pricing: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and value of your order.
Promotional Offers: Prestige Jewel may offer free shipping on orders above a specific value. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website or through our support team.
Section 4 - Delivery Location And Accuracy
Secure Addresses: To ensure the safety of your purchase, we deliver only to residential or registered business addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or public locations like malls and hotels.
Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery information. Prestige Jewel shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Redirects: If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the item has been dispatched.
What to Expect at DeliveryID Verification: For high-value jewellery, a signature and government-issued ID verification may be required upon delivery. Please ensure you or a trusted representative is available to receive the package.
Missed Deliveries: Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our facility. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Section 5 - Handling Delays (Force Majeure)
While we make every effort to meet our timelines, delivery may be delayed by "Force Majeure" events (natural disasters, government acts/orders, strikes, or transportation disruptions). In such cases, Prestige Jewel will notify you as soon as possible. These delays do not constitute a breach of agreement, and we appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your order safely.
Section 6 – International Non-Delivery & Refunds
Exclusively for international orders: In the event of identified logistical issues preventing successful delivery, a refund to the original payment method will be processed within 30 to 40 days from the date the issue is confirmed.
Section 7 – Cancellation Policy
At Prestige Jewel, each piece is handled with individual attention. Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are only permitted within twenty-four hours (24 hours) of successful order placement. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before finalizing your purchase.
